Technical Rescue w/ Lifestar

Horse riders passing through Colchester's state forest were shocked to find an unconscious male face down next to the water in a remote section of town yesterday. Rescue personal arrived to find a male subject who had fallen down a river embankement and was partially submerged in the water for some time. The patient regained consiousness (despite early reports, this was not a drowning)and was extricated by CHFD personal to awaiting LifeStar. Rescue 1 sharpened their rope rescue skills by rigging an effective 3:1 system to safely extricate the patient.
