Safety & Survival Training w/ Yantic FD

10/15 RT 2 Fatal MVA

CHFD responded as 2nd due ambulance and heavy rescue to RT2 in Marlborough to assist with a fatal MVA w/ heavy entrapment. An Engine from Colchester was also on the response and used on scene.

10/7 Motorcycle Vs Pole w/ Lifestar

Motorcycle vs pole. Pt unconscious w/ leg amputation. Transported via Lifestar

10/1 MVA

1 car rollover, FD units arrived to find PD 'holding' car from rolling onto patient. Rescue-1 stabilized using struts & cribbing allowing EMS to begin treatment. ET-3 pulled a protective line, R-628 transported ALS.
